The NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS1W50-H Compatible 200G FR4 QSFP56 Optical Transceiver Module is a high-performance 200Gb/s 4-channel optical transceiver designed for demanding High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputing, and cloud data center environments. Utilizing 4 independent 53.125Gb/s PAM4 optical channels multiplexed onto CWDM wavelengths near 1310nm, this transceiver converts electrical data for up to 2km high-speed transmission over Single Mode Fiber (SMF).
Engineered with a standard LC Duplex UPC optical connector interface, this QSFP56 transceiver provides a cost-effective long-reach interconnect solution. It fully complies with InfiniBand HDR protocols, QSFP56 MSA standards, CMIS 4.0, IEEE 802.3bs, and 200G Ethernet specifications. Equipped with integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DOM/DDM) via the I2C interface, it offers real-time monitoring of operating temperature, supply voltage, laser bias current, and transmit/receive optical power. It is 100% verified for seamless plug-and-play compatibility with NVIDIA Quantum QM8700 / QM8790 InfiniBand Switches and ConnectX-6 / ConnectX-7 Network Interface Cards (NICs / HCAs).
