The NVIDIA/Mellanox MFA7U10-H Compatible 400G AOC OSFP Flat Top to 2x200G QSFP56 Active Optical Splitter Cable is a high-speed active optical breakout assembly engineered for 400Gb/s to 2x 200Gb/s InfiniBand (IB) HDR (High Data Rate) deployments and AI supercomputing infrastructure. It features a single 400G OSFP Flat Top / RHS (Riding Heat Sink) connector on one end that splits into two independent 200G QSFP56 connectors on the other end, utilizing 8x50G PAM4 optical channels over 850nm multimode fiber (MMF).
Designed with a low-profile OSFP Flat Top form factor and an eco-friendly LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket, this cable allows flexible routing and superior thermal management in high-density server racks. It is specifically tailored for connecting NVIDIA DGX H100 systems to 200G HDR NVIDIA Quantum QM8700 / QM8790 switches, or for connecting 400G OSFP switches (such as QM9700 / QM9790) to 200G QSFP56 network interface cards. Fully compliant with OSFP MSA, SFF-8665 (QSFP56), CMIS 4.0, and IEEE 802.3 Ethernet protocols, it ensures ultra-low latency, low power consumption, and reliable plug-and-play performance.
