The MMS4X50-NM (980-9I30L-00N000 / OSFP-800G-2xFR4H) is a cutting-edge 800Gb/s (2x400Gb/s) Twin-port OSFP optical transceiver built for hyperscale AI data centers, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and distributed arithmetic networks. Engineered with an advanced Broadcom DSP chip and 1310nm CWDM4 multi-wavelength multiplexing technology, this module converts 8 channels of 106.25Gb/s electrical data to optical signals, providing low-latency 2km long-distance transmission over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF).

Unlike traditional MPO-based transceivers, the MMS4X50-NM features a Dual LC Duplex interface that greatly enhances cabling flexibility, simplifies installation, and lowers infrastructure maintenance costs in high-density rack deployments. Designed with a Finned-Top / Integrated Heat Sink (IHS) OSFP shell, it delivers optimal thermal dissipation inside air-cooled switches such as NVIDIA Quantum-2 (QM9700 / QM9790), Q3200-RA, and 1.6T XDR / 800G NDR platforms.
