The MMS4X00-NM-FLT (980-9I301-00NM00 / OSFP-800G-2DR4XH) is a high-performance 800Gb/s (2x400Gb/s) Twin-port OSFP optical transceiver designed specifically for liquid-cooled AI data centers, supercomputing clusters, and high-density server environments. Featuring two internal 4-channel 400G engines (2xDR4 / DR8 parallel single mode) operating with 100G-PAM4 modulation over 1310nm wavelength, this module delivers high-bandwidth, ultra-low-latency data transmission up to 500 meters over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF).
Engineered with a Riding Heat Sink (RHS / Flat-Top) OSFP enclosure, the MMS4X00-NM-FLT is optimized for direct attachment inside liquid-cooled systems and high-density compute nodes, such as NVIDIA DGX H100 systems and 800G Network Interface Cards (NICs). Equipped with dual MPO-12/APC (MTP/MPO) optical connectors, it effectively doubles port density in 32-OSFP cages (supporting up to 64x 400G links) and provides seamless connectivity for 800G NDR Switch-to-DGX Server and Switch-to-NIC architectures.
