The MMS4X00-NM (980-9I30G-00NM00 / OSFP-800G-2DR4LH) is an advanced 800Gb/s (2x400Gb/s) Twin-port OSFP optical transceiver engineered to drive powerful HPC workloads and upgrade AI data center architectures. Featuring two internal 4-channel 400G transceiver engines (2xDR4 / DR8 parallel single mode) using 100G-PAM4 modulation over 1310nm wavelength, this module provides low-latency, high-bandwidth optical interconnects extending up to 500 meters over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF).

Designed with an Integrated Heat Sink (IHS) / Finned-Top OSFP shell, the MMS4X00-NM delivers superior thermal dissipation for high-density, air-cooled switch chassis layouts. Equipped with dual MPO-12/APC optical connectors, it doubles port density inside 32-cage switches (enabling 64x 400G ports) and serves as the ideal long-reach interconnect for NVIDIA Quantum-2 (QM9700 / QM9790), Q3200-RA, and 1.6T XDR / 800G NDR switch-to-switch links.
