The MMS1C10-CM (QSFP-100G-PSM4H) is a high-performance 100Gb/s 4-channel QSFP28 optical transceiver module designed for parallel single-mode optics in High-Performance Computing (HPC), enterprise data center interconnects, and high-density spine-leaf architectures. Utilizing four independent 25.781Gb/s NRZ electrical/optical lanes at an uncooled 1310nm DFB wavelength, this optical module provides low-cost, low-latency parallel transmission up to 500 meters over single-mode fiber (SMF) using an MPO-12/APC connector interface.

Engineered for maximum reliability, the MMS1C10-CM is fully compliant with InfiniBand EDR protocols, 100G PSM4 MSA specifications, and 100G Ethernet standards. Featuring built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DOM/DDM) via the I2C interface, network operators can perform real-time monitoring of key operational parameters. It is 100% verified for seamless plug-and-play interoperability with NVIDIA SB7800 / SB7890 EDR InfiniBand Switches and ConnectX-5 / ConnectX-6 Network Interface Cards (NICs).
