The MMA4Z00-NS (980-9I510-00NS00 / OSFP-800G-2xSR4H) is an enterprise-grade 800Gb/s (2x400Gb/s) Twin-port OSFP optical transceiver engineered for high-density AI supercomputing, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and enterprise cloud fabrics. Built with industry-leading Broadcom DSP and Broadcom VCSEL hardware, this module delivers two independent 4-channel 400G engines (2xSR4 / SR8 parallel multimode) operating over 850nm wavelength to achieve low latency, superior signal integrity, and exceptional BER performance.
Designed with a Finned-Top / Integrated Heat Sink (IHS) OSFP shell, the MMA4Z00-NS provides optimal thermal dissipation for air-cooled switch environments, such as 32-cage NVIDIA Quantum-2 (QM9700 / QM9790) NDR InfiniBand switches and Spectrum-4 Ethernet platforms. Featuring dual MPO-12/APC optical connectors, it supports flexible interconnect topologies including 800G switch-to-switch links, 2x400G ConnectX-7 / BlueField-3 DPU connections, or 4x200G NDR200 HCA breakout links up to 50 meters on OM4 multimode fiber.
