The MMA1T00-HS (980-9I17S-00HS00) is a hot-pluggable 200Gb/s 4-channel QSFP56 optical transceiver module engineered for high-density High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputing, and cloud infrastructure. Utilizing 4 independent 50.128Gb/s PAM4 channels at an 850nm wavelength, this optical module provides high throughput bandwidth up to 100 meters over multimode fiber (MMF) using an MPO-12/UPC connector interface.
Fully compliant with InfiniBand HDR protocols, QSFP56 MSA standards, IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4, and 200G Ethernet specifications, the MMA1T00-HS includes integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DOM/DDM) via the I2C interface. Network administrators can perform real-time monitoring of optical transmit/receive levels, laser bias current, module temperature, and supply voltage. It is 100% verified for seamless plug-and-play interoperability with NVIDIA Quantum QM8700 / QM8790 InfiniBand Switches and ConnectX-6 / ConnectX-7 Network Interface Cards (NICs / HCAs).
